The KITE OPTICS carbon fibre tripod ARDEA CF is specially designed for birdwatchers. A standard height tripod with 3 sections, offering the possibliltiy to support heavy instruments and still be very portable and extremely light. The dimensions of the ARDEA CF are a result of field experience.
The large diameter carbon fibre legs offer best rigidity and strongest support. The very durable twist locks offer excellent grip, and as an advantage over conventional flip locks, twist locks are faster to operate and do not get stuck behind branches or bushes in the field. They also allow the user to easily disassemble the legs for cleaning and maintenance.
The tripod weighs only 1.45 kilograms. And with head included, it brings your instrment to a maximum height of 176 cm. More than sufficient even for people that are 2 meters tall. A wide array of heads and other accessories can easily be added via the 1/4″ and 3/8″ attachment on the upper disc.

Très bon trépied, très résistant et très léger. Possibilité de le lester si trop de vent. Hauteur réglable facilement et rapidement.
vandaag mijn nieuwe aankoop kunnen uitproberen. Het statief is stevig en makkelijk in gebruik. vooral de aanvullende spikevoetjes kunnen een uitkomst zijn.
Pour faire court : Sensationnel. Testé en condition de grand vent, tempête MIGUEL sur les bords de la Loire, ce trépied se révèle d'1 très belle stabilité et de peu de prise aux rafales (96 km/h tout de même). Bravo
